BENEFITS
Brings elegant late-season color to the shaded garden. Unlike other "Japanese" anemones, this one stays low, cute and compact.

BLOOM SEASON & HABIT
Single flowers of delicate pink with prominent golden stamens in late summer/fall. Medium green maple-leaf foliage forms neat mounds./p>

LOCATION
Part shade preferred. USDA Hardiness Zones 5 to 8; AHS Heat Zones 8 to 5.

USE
Best in a bright but shaded border. Can handle some sun except in very hot regions. Makes a cute fall container plant when flowering.

SIZE
24" tall by 18" wide. Use 3 plants per square yard.

CULTURE
Prefers moist, not wet, well-drained fertile soil. Divide or make root cuttings in spring. Some susceptibility to powdery mildew, slugs and nematodes.
