BENEFITS
Beautiful flowering shrub discovered by Adrian Bloom. Large fragrant flowers attract butterflies like no other. Foliage is attractive with or without flowers. Vigorous and easy to grow.

BLOOM SEASON & HABIT
Long fragrant panicles of lavender florets with orange eyes in midsummer. Sturdy, upright growth habit. New foliage is a lovely silver-grey.

LOCATION
Full sun. USDA Hardiness Zones 6 to 9; AHS Heat Zones 10 to 4.

USE
Striking garden accent at back of border, center of island garden, or hedge. Excellent cut flower.

SIZE
5’ to 6' tall by 5' wide. Use 1 plant per square yard.

CULTURE
Not fussy about soil type. Requires adequate, but not abundant moisture during rapid growth in early summer. Cut back hard, low to ground, in early spring. May self-sow in very mild climates. Remove seedlings promptly to prevent spread.
