BENEFITS
One of the Hibiscus Cordials series -- a whole new look for hardy garden Hibiscus. Big flowers and unique foliage.

BLOOM SEASON & HABIT
Large, round, rosy-red flowers. Fascinating foliage: big, bold leaves are bronze, with green and purple accents and deeply incised "maple leaf" edge. Sturdy, upright habit. Flowers in midsummer.

LOCATION
Full sun. USDA Hardiness Zones 5 to 9; AHS Heat Zones 12 to 1.

USE
For best performance, plant in full sun in moist soil. Suitable for very large containers, but pots must be protected over winter.

SIZE
40" to 48" tall by 24" wide. Use 1 or 2 plants per square yard.

CULTURE
Grows well in any fertile, well-drained soil with ample moisture. Do not allow to dry to the wilting point. Be patient, as Hibiscus can be slow to emerge in spring. Major pest: Japanese beetles. Also see our General Planting Tips for more information.
